A huge "thank you" to the buyer from Colorado Springs. It was a bitter cold autumn morning the day of this photograph. I stood in a line of fellow photographers for about 1.5 hours before sunrise to capture this moment. The trees were still and the lake was calm thereby creating the perfect conditions to capture a near mirror image of Maroon Bells and the surrounding landscape. I truly hope you enjoy this artwork always!

Thanks Angelina, it was such a beautiful morning and there were so many photographers there. I got there at about about 5:15 for a 6:15 sunrise and there was at least 30 other photographers already set up and waiting. So much for thinking you're the early bird.
